Mapping when contact has a suite number or zip+4

Is anyone else having trouble with mapping a contact that either has a suite number or a zip+4 recorded? If I edit the contact taking out either of these "extras" it works fine, but I can't remove suite numbers and have a useful people hub!

Odd thing, but I was using my Lumia without a sim. Added active cellular connectivity and now no problems.
