Is there any way to create a dd image for windows phone ?

hello everybody,

i'm working in a project and i need to create an image of the physical memory of Smart phones

it was easy to do this in android , i created a dd image of memory but i couldn't any reference for imaging windows phone device to dd image or any other types of images

any one has suggestion or comment ? coz maybe im in the wrong way :/

by dd image do you mean dumping memory ?
Any how with WP8 the phone is encrypted inside and out and its very keen on staying this way to prevent PIRACY in the first place and to stay as secure as possible to be qualified as a business phone

yupp , thats what i meant ...... and that's sad news bcoz im planning to carve (recover) data from this image but now its hard bcoz of encryption
