Have you tried a 2amp charger?

So, at Batteries Plus today, I bought a 2amp charger. I noticed that when I plug it in, my start screen is laggy as heck and no where near the smooth UI I'm used to. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this just a "now" issue, or has anyone felt it on an ongoing basis?

I think someone complained about this in a different thread when using a different branded charger. I wasn't sure if it was a two amp charger or not.
