Problem with deleting music. Help?

I normally delete music using File Explorer or directly on the device, but lately when I'm playing all music on shuffle, some of those deleted tracks are still coming up with a "cannot play" error then goes to the next track. Xbox Music cloud music is turned off. Any ideas why this is happening or how to fix it?

Try to delete these songs from your laptop i.e. Xbox Music on laptop if you have Windows 8. I add and remove or do anything to my cloud only via Windows 8 laptop as that makes sure cloud works perfect. Phone and cloud aren't working in reverse state. So PC to cloud to phone works perfect. But phone to cloud to PC doesn't always work, yet.

My music is not connected to the cloud at all. I turned cloud sync off. :(
It's so weird i'm going through every folder on the phone on Windows 8 (via File Explorer) and can't find any reference to those deleted files... yet they keep coming up in Play All shuffle mode.
