I cannot turn on the Speech Accessibility (TTY: full) settings under the Accessibility settings when I switch to another (supported) language for speech. Already tried to change the region, phone and web search language settings to mimic the language I selected, yet the accessibility setting still doesn't appear unless I change all speech and display language settings to English (US). Anyone know if this is a bug?
Settings > Ease of access > "Speech for phone accessibility" is setting in question, btw.
