Whatever it is called - when does it arrive? We are already in mid April, and it's about half year to release something for holiday season - does Microsoft really decide that their half finished windows phone can survive that long?

Agreed. Early rumors claimed it was supposed to be out about now, but there are no news so far...

Well its rumored that the HTC Tiara will be the first phone to have the update pre installed. So when the HTC phone gets announced which is likely end of this month then I think that's when it'll be released
