Why cant i downoad apps on the marketplace?

I keep getting a message saying "There has been a problem completing your request. Try again later. Error code: 80070020

I have a lumia 920 white and has just been reset

Were you able to download apps before the reset?

Yeah that was kinda my problem. I tried to reset my phone and it got bricked, 2 weeks from the repairs and they didn't reset it right and I had to reset it again to fix it. Its all good now

Just a note for anyone who experiences this, here is why this might be happening.

If you (like me) have a windows phone without SIM, your phone *WILL NOT UPDATE TIME/DATE THROUGH WIFI*. Just set the date/time and the annoying/mysterious/user un-friendly 80070020 will not bug you any more...

That explains so much, my time wouldn't update properly and I tried to add a nokia account in the settings and I kept getting an error about the time and date
