How to backup app content/settings?

There is a way to backup app data (like game saves) on WP 8?

No. It isn't possible for a third party app to save information from other apps, because the apps are sandboxed. They cannot see data belonging to other apps unless those apps "publish" data, and then only the data that is published. Microsoft is the only entity that can do this, and they have not. The only way game or app data can be backed up is if the developer wrote the app with the ability to save to the cloud.

They need to do this as soon as possible because it sucks losing your game and app data.
