Problem In Phone Storage.

I recently Purchased Nokia Lumia 520. My mobile is running low on Phone Memory .So I want to clear some apps and temp files.But When I open Settings -> Storage Check .It doesn't show me how much memory is used by videos or apps.Only system And free space is shown .And it keeps on loading.When I swipe to details It doesnt show me any app .(Note : I checked while keeping my Internet On And Off But still doesn't work).Would appreciate if some one helps me with it .
