Not all artists displayed (Lumia 820)

I just upgraded from my trusty ol' HTC Mozart to the Lumia 820 (which, is a very sexy phone by the way), and I thought I would add some music. I use MusicBee as my main media player on my laptop (which supports many devices, including the Lumia family).

Basically, my problem is that not all the artists are appearing on the artists list in Music + Video/Nokia Music. I synced with Xbox music turned off, so I know that's not the problem.

I should note that all the albums (as far as I can tell), and all the songs seem to be correctly listed in their respective categories, it's just in the Artist section (which of course, is the one I use the most) where the problems lie. I have also double checked that all the artists/album artists were all tagged. All songs are in MP3 format, tagged with ID3v2.3.

So, any suggestions to fix this?

Try transferring the music via windows phone app.
