Live/Skype contact pictures not syncing on 928

So I have a 920, and my sister the 900 and we both love our phones, so yesterday I got my brother they 928. While setting up his MS and Skype account, my sister and my names showed up (both times so we linked them as normal), but neither contact has a picture. I know on my sisters phone it updated my live/Skype picture, and it did the same on my phone. I've tried opening Skype, making calls, syncing the contacts through the people hub. I have no idea why it isn't working and haven't seen anyone complain of this issue before. Any help or suggestions?

Try a soft reset which is the power key and volume down until it vibrate, if that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling skype.

Hi, I have same issue, have you solved it? I asked about it on another forum and also have answers about soft reset and uninstall. That didn't help...
