Removed contacts from outlook.com, not yet removed from phone.

Hi

After signing in my phone, which brought entire outlook.com contact list in the Peoples directory in my phone, I removed Facebook link from outlook.com which removed all the FB contacts from Outlook.com people's list. But these contacts still appear in my phone.

How can I sync it so that all these redundant contacts get removed from the phone also.

On your phone you can:

1. Open People Hub
2. Hit the three dots
3. Hit Settings
4. Hit "Filter My Contact List"
5. Deselect or Select what you want
6. Should be good to go

Also you can try going into Settings, email-accounts, press and hold your MS account, sync.

Let it do its thing, it should clear out your deleted contacts.

I did both! 'Filter my contact list' has just Outlook and deselecting that clears off everything!
I did the sync, but it syncs only the emails not contacts.
