volume increase decrease problem

hey all.
i am using Nokia 720. when i am playing songs and when i do volume change... then sometime volume changes instantly like normally in all other mobile happens...
but sometime volume change reflect only after completion of songs. its really frustrating when you really want to change volume instantly..
so please tell me is there any bug with my phone or is this the windows phone bug... how can i correct it...
please help..

It is an OS bug, you just need to soft reset the phone (Hold Volume down and power button till phone goes off then vibrates)

I would do a soft reset. No data is lost. Like pulling the battery.
Press the volume down and power buttons and hold until the phone vibrates, release. The phone will turn off and restart.
