What is the difference between Desktop / Laptop Outlook & Windows Phone Outlook?
Is the function in Windows Phone Outlook same as Desktop / Laptop or are there any differences?

There is no Windows Phone Outlook. It's the email 'app' on WP and you can use a variety of different email services. The recommendation is to get a MS Account and use Outlook.com to sync with as you can also use it as a text message backup service.

I would recommend you go to The Smartphone Reinvented Around You | Windows Phone (United States) to learn more about the phone to avoid asking basic questions.

Thanks for your suggesting of visiting The Smartphone Reinvented Around You | Windows Phone (United States). Not only this, buy I have visited all website which I was able to find on Google for my query regarding Window Phone and was unable to get answer to my following query:

I am receiving email from Domain ‘A’ which is going in Folder ‘Z’ of Desktop Outlook which is automatically uploaded to Folder ‘Z’ of Office 365 P1 account (of Domain ‘B’) which is then downloaded in Folder ‘Z’ of Laptop. The Domain ‘B’ is exclusively for my use & for Syncing purpose only. This works flawlessly between my Desktop & Laptop with help of Office 365 P1 plan.
Can I have the same type of Syncing with Windows Phone?
