To tell the truth, your whole list isn't the problem, well maybe Instagram.

2. Free games and apps aren't the problem. Ppl pay for what they want. Having those "popular" apps is key.

3. I believe they can increase advertising but saying their advertising isn't proper isn't correct. They've done a good job show casing wp8 abilities. More advertising is needed.

4. MS has been increasing carrier billing around the world, just maybe not your carrier yet.

My biggest problem is not instagram... I couldn't care less for it since its losing more popularity everyday and I prefer camera360 to edit my pictures. My problem is the pace at which popular apps come to WP.
