White streaks and dots while loading IE on Windows phone 8

Everything is fine with my new Nokia Lumia 820 but today I noticed these white streaks and dots when I load IE(Facebook specially) from the start screen. These streaks vanishes when IE finished loading(the transition from start screen to IE screen).Has anyone else noticed this kind of behavior.



Trick to imitate what I did
Open IE>Open Facebook(mobile)>Click those 3 horizontal lines on upper left corner of your facebook>Press start(windows) button>press back>White streak will appear.

Sorry, I cannot duplicate your screen on my 920 doing as you suggested.

Thanks for trying,someone from Microsoft forums tried to duplicate the effect and was successful.
