Does any android phone that comes for 10,500 is really customizable?

None of those androids from Samsung, Sony, LG, HTC have the same specs as this phone. Lets compare the specs.
Currently Samsung ACE, Xperia E (latest model), LG Optimus L5 E615, HTC desire C are selling in Rs 10K to 12K range.

1. All those 4 phones have HVGA(320x480) screens while Lumia 520 has WVGA (480x800) screen.

2. Processors:
Galaxy ace: Single core 832Mhz processor.
Xperia E: Single core 1Ghz processor.
HTC desire C: Single core 600Mhz processor.
LG: 800Mhz single core processor.

Lumia 520: Dual core 1Ghz S4 processor (latest architecture and much faster).

3. Memory: All those 4 android phones have 4/3 Gb internal memory and expandable up to only 32Gb.

Lumia 520 has 8 Gb internal memory and expandable up to 64Gb.

Plus Lumia 520 has super sensitive touch screen that works with nails and gloves, it has toughened display.

All those androids come with android 2.3 and Xperia E comes with 4.1 but will be never get the updates.

^THIS lumia 520 is grand daddy of each and every LANDFILL Android under the sun. If lumia 1020 can even be brother of those Turtle-jet droids that it will do a good job but its not. Camera is just one win but what about screen? apps ? free games? and most important I CANT UPLOAD MY RESUME/biodata TO SITES.

If Huawei had put 8GB in the Ascend W1 it would be destroying the 520 in all departments.

I agree with that.

Lumia 520 is a very good and decent smartphone, but the screen could be better (one real bad thing and dealbreaker about 520 in my opinion). And AW1 have, but need more internal memory.

Haha, no.

Looked at the performance benchmarks? It beats the 620 let alone the 520 ;)
Add in the front camera and epic battery and it's a pretty good little phone.

520 does have the better storage and nokia apps. Up to you what you prefer I guess.

Huawei Ascend W1 review - Mobile Phone - Trusted Reviews

Read the above review. Huawei Ascend is a decent little phone, won't do as well as Nokia because it don't have the name recognition but who knows, in China it may do very well. In any event it is good to see more budget windows phones out there performing really well.

As for me I have now sold my 520 after only a couple of weeks and will be using either a HTC 8X or Lumia 820. 520 infected me with the bug and now I am willing to spend "real" money on a higher spec model but even if I stuck with the 520 (apart from the camera) I'd hardly ever feel it was lacking which given I've previously owned an iPhone (3GS), HTC Sensation XE and a Samsung Galaxy SIII says a lot.

The great thing about Windows is the universal experience. It feels the same no matter what phone you use.

At the price point around here it's not worth it. It costs nearly as much as the 720 and the Nokia software makes Windows Phone as far as I'm concerned.
