    I am unable to download or update any apps since yesterday. Every time I click on one in the store, it shows "Unable to connect to store." I have tried this both on wifi and cellular data, but no change.

    I have even tried restarting the phone, changing store location, and soft resets, but it continues to give the error. Could someone help me with this?

    Are you able to sign in to the store on your PC and then send the apps to your phone?

    No, I am not. It's giving me this message "Sorry, but we can't send this app to your phone right now.".

    It is possible that the store might be temporarily down in your country or region.

    It works for me, but I've experienced temporary outages in the past. It usually started working again in a few hours.

    It's not all that unusual, actually. There have been numerous outages in the past, including global outages. Windows Phone Marketplace experiencing global outage with error c101a249? | Windows Phone Central

    It looks like other people are having problems with the store, but it might be fixed now.

    Same error still for both HERE Maps and HERE Drive. Tried d/l via the PC (and enabled push notifications on phone)...no love. Uninstalled both apps and still unable to install either from phone or via PC. 10:55 AM MDT US

    Will try again in awhile.
