Is there a way to deny Facebook access to toast pop ups but still continue to function normally through the Me tile? On my Mother's 810, over the last couple days, Facebook contacts/updates have been driving her insane via toasts. She doesn't have the FB app installed she prefers to run everything through the ME tile. Thoughts?

I thought there was a way to turn off the mobile device connectivity from the FB account itself? Check her account settings on FB. I thought that's where it lived.

Go to the official Facebook app and then go to settings then notifications.

You can choose to get notifications for Facebook only, live tile, live tile and toast.

    So select Facebook only.

Your me tile works off the connection directly to your phone, toasts work only via app.

Go to the Facebook mobile app.

Go to account settings, then notifications. There is an option for push notification settings.

Also go to the app option, and check the settings for windows phone and Facebook for windows phone to see if you can remove it completely..
    Edited to try help situation.
