How to change icon of small tile of people group or get the name ot this group on that icon?

I created groups in people groups but they have the same icon and no text of group name on their small icon on start screen so I cannot distinguish them. How to change tile icon of people group or get a name of that group in icon?

I made a group, when it's the small tile, it's just froze the pictures that we rotating live in medium or large. When I shrink the people tile, it gives me the people icon, not pictures.

Exactly stmav. So if you have several groups then they all will have the same icon on small size! And there is no way to know the name of group. How to get the name of the group or change an icon?

If the same people are in the groups, then the same pictures would be confusing. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to name them that can be seen. You could try organizing them in different locations to tell them apart. Providing you don't have too many groups.
