I have a Lumia 920 on AT&T, and in the past few days my group texts seem to be broken. They all arrive individually with no actual message, only a clickable "Get media content now" and either (1KB) or (32KB) following the link. Clicking it seems to do something but then after a moment it just redelivers the same thing with the same link.

Very frustrating, because I can't even see the message content individually OR in the threaded view (group text is on).

Any ideas? I'd rather not do a hard reset.

I don't know if it will work on WP8, but my wife's WP7 does that from time to time. If she goes to settings, then cellular and turn it off and on again. Her messages would come in correct.

Well being on Verizon I would know about not have group messaging lol, is your 4G(or any other data) turned on? When its off the get media content doesn't work, so make sure its on. Also sorry I don't have a cure for the threaded messages.

It seems that it wasn't just the group messages, it was all data that was unavailable. After some playing around, I discovered that somehow my Access Point was set to "AT&T 3G". I changed it to "AT&T - LTE 1 - Lumia" and all is well.

I'm having the same issue with my 920 where can I check my access point and make sure it isn't on 3G?

    Thanks.
