Can not update some nokia apps

I'm not able to update some apps such as nokia's "accessories" "audio" "extras+info" and here maps. Is this problem only occurs on my phone or a common one? L820 8.0.10211.204 1232.5957.1308.0002

Install - "Lumia Pusher" app from the market and follow onscreen instructions, if updates are available you'll get them

Lumia Pusher is not working i tried to update these apps via wifi and hspa+ i always get an error message saying that I should update my device

Visit Customer Care Center or do a chat with them.
Alternatively try soft reset, Hold Vol Down + Power when phone is on, once you feel 1 vibration, release it. Fixes many issues
Is your phone carrier locked or something like that?

No it is unlocked i tried the soft reset method too but not working. I'll talk with customer care this afternoon. Thx

The guy from nokia customer care said that those apps are updates for amber devices and my device accidentally get that update so i should wait for amber to update and use these apps

If on contract, call your operator as the updates are pushed by them and not the phone manufacturer once they bloat it with their ads.
