2 questions regarding windows phone

1. Is there an app or a way to get more accent colors on top of the stock 20?

2. Is there a jailbreak for windows phone or a way to get 3rd party apps that may not be on windowsphone?

Pretty sure they are both "no" but just curious to see if someone might know something I don't thanks!

Very unfortunately, no on both. Wish we had more options, but we're stuck with very few options.

One more question is there a messaging app that can use WiFi and cellular but the other people don't need in order for me to use it??

Your best bet for that, I think, would be one of the free text apps. TextFree or textPlus or something, they work on both WiFi and cellular. And they just send texts, so no special app needed on the recipient's side.

2.- Technically no, but you can always do a Developer Unlock on you phone, that allows you to deploy apps from your PC to your Phone

You have to pay anually to get a Developer account, but If you are a studen you get 1 year free (I think). I am a student and got it free!
