So, there are a lot of speculation about Notification Centre with the newly leaked images. It would be nice if we actually have reliable Toast / Push notifications first. I can't remember the last time when an app, any app, aside from SMS, had reliable Toast notifications. Some used to work okay for a period, others never worked consistently. Lately, nothing seem to work - Whatsapp, Skype, Viber, WeChat, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Even the WPCentral app is flaky. Also, I do allow these to run in the background, so I don't know what the problem is. Do they go through MS servers, or are they individual to each app developer? Do the notifications get sent out via an API call through the OS? Anyone else having similar issues? What's the point of a Notification Centre when there are no notifications, or severely delayed ones!
