Contact picture and call history issue

Hello,

Sorry if this has been answered, but my search terms produce too many results.

Background:
Nokia 928 - GDR2 - Verizon
I have not set any "settings changes".

2 issues

1. When people call me that have a facebook/camera phone/linkedin photo attached to their number, the picture no longer appears on the phone, just the phone number.
2. When viewing the call history, names of contacts no longer appear, just the phone number.

What happened?

Is your Contact List filtered in the People Hub??

Go to settings and the emails and accounts (or whatever its called in english), is every synced account linking properly? I had a similar'ish problem in the past that was caused by some accounts hanging in the "Syncing.." stage forever, it required a hard reset to fix..

If it was Microsoft and twitter not syncing then disabling text message back up in the messaging hub seems to fix it
It's an annoying bug though
