Start Screen customization question

Anybody here knows what app I could use to customize my home screen like in the pic below?

I think you have to use something like Tiles or Wiztiles or Skinery app for the custom tiles, then enable high contrast mode.

High Contrast mode is under Settings -> Ease of Access

And it definitely looks like Skinnery to me. I know you can reposition the icon like on the Music app.

You can also set the tiles you create for the picture to open apps, or webpages, or dial phone numbers. The app list isnt huge, but its got your basics in there.

Thanks guys. I just tried Skinnery and yup, it lets me do exactly what I wanted to do with my home screen. Brilliant
