phone update option not working in my lumia 520

Hello,I had L520,updated to gdr3 via prew for dev app,all was working fine ,infact I had checked phone update also after gdr3.it shows thay "your phone is up to date"but my main prob occurs on 28-11-2013 when I updated extra+info .after this when I click check for phone update ..it only shows status "checking for updates..." and not getting any result of this checking...since 1hour it only checks ...no result displayed...language +region is set ok,time,date,MS account,nokia account all are set ok,I had soft reseted my phone 3 times still face this problem...my phone update option stops working..pls help..NOTE:when I try to check for phone update without sim card and WiFi then also it shows this status"checking for update...." but not getting any type of status that your phone is uptodate or any kind if error...pls help pls

That's an odd error. Try contacting Microsoft about this. You may have problems when updating to Lumia Black.

Ya I know..infact im new to this platform can u pls tell me how can I register my problem to microsoft?mean through which website?
