In app data download

I recently downloaded angry birds Go on my lumia but what i dont understand is why do we need to download extra data after downloading the game ?

Why cant they just packup all the data to be downloaded together ?

Also why do we need internet connection every time for playing the game ?

So that people can download it over cellular data. Just like minion rush. Its below 100mb. If any thing else need to be download it get in app download thus by passing wiffi need. I wish more games were like this

My angry bird classic being just only 26mb SHOWS 300MB

Its normal it app data. You progress score,level unlock etc are stored their
