PC To Phone Apps problem

Hey,
I managed to download some apps to pc using The Smartphone Reinvented Around You | Windows Phone (United States) .. I managed to copy them to the phone using the USB cable too
yet, I don't know how to open them from phone to setup them, even using File Explorer couldn't see the .XAP files
I'm using Lumia 920 and it wont let me download big apps or games using 3G (WIFI needed) and it's kinda impossible for me to get
a wifi router .. So did you find/make any app that will let me do it ?

I believe this is only supported in phones that have SD cards, which the 920 does not. You put the file on the SD card, then on the phone, you open the store app and choose the option to install from SD. Choose the file, and the store app will check with the online store to be sure that you are licensed to install the app (checks if the app is still available, if you paid for it if it is a paid app, if it is allowed for your phone, etc.). If you are licensed to use the app, it installs.
