bluetooth gets no respect (vs headphone jack)

My car's radio only supports bluetooth for phone calls, so to listen to audio from phone, I need to use headphone jack to radio's AUX.

Problem is my L520 assumes that if I am using the headphone jack, that must be what I would want to use for phone calls. When the headphone cord is connected, I have to answer a call, then click the L520's bluetooth button.

Is there a setting to make bluetooth connection top priority for phone calls?

My WP7 phones had this right with bluetooth default for phone calls.

I think that its a manufacturer thing. On my 8XT, it works correctly, but when I had a Samsung, it did like yours is doing now.
