Hello guys, my phone just got back from repairing completely resetted and I am trying to get back all the applications I downloaded.
I know for sure that I backed up the application+settings before sending out the phone, but, even though I followed MSFT's instructions on how to restore your datas, only 1 app (out of more then 30) has downloaded automatically on my phone.

Do you know how can I get all the others as well?

You could go to The Smartphone Reinvented Around You | Windows Phone (United States) and check your purchase history, however the easiest way by far is to enter your live id at boot up and it installs all the apps you previously backed up.

Before I did hard reset I also backed up all apps and messages. And after reset I just entered my email address and it started installing all app I had. If that doesn't help you could go to (better from PC) http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us# login using you live id. On the right side (where phone icon) you'll find "Purchase history" click on that then manually reinstall all apps again

Also if you know you had purchased an app you can reinstall it from the store on your phone. Just "buy" the app and it will tell you you've already purchased it and ask if you'd like to reinstall it.
