Adobe Flash is only supported on Blackberry 10 and older Android devices, as far as phones go. I believe...

Windows Phone does not support Flash.

Maybe when Windows and WP completely unite, it will give us support on mobile devices. Or maybe even an RT plugin/App, I don't know.

About two-three years ago Adobe quit a support for all mobile browsers not just Windows. Focus is more on HTML5. Many articles/blogs on the web for this. Flash to Focus on PC Browsing and Mobile Apps; Adobe to More Aggressively Contribute to HTML5 (Adobe Featured Blogs)

There are a few ways around this. You can download an app called "FlashVideo". It supports a set of websites where you can stream flash videos from. It's pretty good for the most part. It has primewire which has tons of tv shows and for sports it has firstrow and lots of other sites.
