Since I removed the cover-art from all my music files, I have no duplicate entries anymore in my library.
This error occured when my music and photo files were stored on the same location (it doesn't matter if they where on my internal phone storage or sd-card). It seems that the Windows Phone library can't handle music files with cover-art in it??
When I store my music files on my phone storage and my photos on an sd-card, I had several duplicates music files that had cover-art in it.
If I store my photos and music together on the same location, I had also duplicates in my photos. I'm clean of cover-art now for a few weeks and still have no duplicate entries. So far so good.
