Rooms on WP8 Annoying problem Help!

A mate set up a room, invited me and another friend to join.
All three of us are now in the room.
Friend 2 can see my messages and i can see his.
Mate that set the room up can see my messages but i cannot it see his.
We can all access and amnend the rooms calendar, notes, add photos.
Then tried again with me setting up another room, exact same problem.
I'm guessing somewhere there is a setting in one if our accounts that's causing the problem..........any ideas? getting extremely frustrated

There are 3 people in the room
David (me)
Mark (the op)
James

I set it up to test it
I can see all messages from Mark & James
James can see all messages from me & Mark
Mark can only see messages from James.

We have deleted the room and had Mark set it up to see if that helps.
Mark has removed all links from my profile and added them again and still have the same issue.

Getting really frustrated at it.
