WP8 Euro Rom back to ATT

I flashed the Euro rom to my Lumia 920 for Amber last year. I thought my phone would get updated to ATT rom when Black + Update 3 came out. It didn't. What steps do I need to get the official ATT Rom on my Lumia 920? I'm having problems using internet sharing and am assuming the Euro Rom is the problem. Thanks.

You'll need a computer, internet connection, USB cable and of course, time. This should recognise your phone is AT&T and flash the right things onto it. Before doing the update make sure that it is.

This will erase all data on your phone so backup what you can.
