Could just try entering your email and password, WP is good at finding email configs. Otherwise the settings should be in the options when you login or from your admin.

Nah when I type my password and username in correctly it tells me 'Check your information and try again.You may have just mistyped your password.'

How about entering the full server details, maybe its failing because its exchange 2007.

Could also be a secure server, in which case, it'll have to be specified in the advanced settings.

Log into your email account online and go to settings. There may be a section that will tell you the email servers and anything else you need to set it up. If not, ask the tech department at your job, they should know.
