Outlook.com email stopped syncing on the phone

Ok so this is weird. I noticed that my Outlook.com has stopped receiving emails to my phone, sync error 80070057.

My O365 account works normally on the device and my outlook.com email works normally on my desktop Outlook and My Surface's Outlook. Outlook.com email has been installed to my phone with these setting for ages and nothing has been changed, to my knowledge anyway.

Any ideas whats going on here and how can I fix this?

Well I did a new accounf and that worked without any problems. I dont know, now I have 2 times the same account on the device because the first one cant be deleted a it the main MS account. I dont know, could it be because some settings are changed at Outlook.com server side?
