The best way to find out is this:

Press and hold the Start button on your phone to start Speech. Tap Help (?) icon to see some examples of things you can say, or say "Help" to have your phone read the examples to you.


Swipe to the second section, which is apps. This will list the apps on your phone which support this functionality.
For example, here are the apps on my phone which support voice commands:
