now what I believe 9gag here is doing , they are waiting for new API from Microsoft and they will first try out the app on 1 gb phone as beta testers , later they will surely optimize it for 512 MB devices

I am 99% sure it will be free , they don't even have to work for a windows phone app , its already there , they have to re-code the windows 8 app and it will work on windows phone 8.1 (unified store )

Why in gods name does an OS need a file manager for a phone? No one has given me a real reason yet. I mean a generic one that you can just use as a seperate app? That's useless and honestly, a file manager is a good sign of bad OS design.

I am only realistic here.
First MS only care USA, they never think global.
Second they are very slow un adding new features.
Third, they provide features on WP what they want to provide not what users want.

I can give you example for each point if you think Iam wrong about this.
