carrier screen when powering on

Anyone know how to get rid of the carrier screen when powering on your phone? i got my phone on o2, but i'm not with them anymore, and even if i were, it's an aesthetic assault that i have to stare at their ugly logo every time i power my phone on, does anyone know how to get rid of this?

i tried searching for it but couldn't find anything

You have to flash a non-carrier specific ROM if you want to get rid of that boot logo.
