Temporary files and Music Player

Hello there guys! I have a lumia 520 and I just cant delete the temporary files, I have 906mb of temporary files and after tried to delete it the same 906mb just stay there. I already tried to change the year like some threads say but without success. How can I delete it?

Another thing, there is some app where can I play musics and videos that are on my sd card? How can I do that?

What are you using to delete temporary files?

The default Music+Videos plays music and videos from the SD card as well.
