If I purchase either a Yezz or Blu Windows phone...

...and I don't sign up with a phone company; would the phone still work for texting (maybe with Google voice), apps and surfing the internet if I was in an area that offered WiFi (In other words, could I use it as a small Windows tablet?)?

Also, I don't see where these phones are available for purchase as of yet. Would anyone know when we will be able to buy these phones?

It took me a while to sort out what exactly you were after, no offense.

First, both Blu and Yezz phones are WP8.1 and haven't been released as of yet. I can only assume they're 'coming soon'. There's no indication on either website about the upcoming Windows Phones.

As for your other questions. You can use the phone with WiFi only connection. There is no Google Voice but there are other apps that will do a similar thing.
