Can I limit children payments on WP?

Currently there news in Thailand about a child make extremely high payment on in-app purchase in Android app. (reference: Phuket News: Game app leads to B200,000 phone bill)

I found ways to prevent such problems on iOS and Android on the Internet. And I wonder if there are some ways to do with my Windows Phone. This would be useful for those who have kids. And for me when I have mine in the future.

I recommend you remove your card and use Microsoft Pre-Paid cards

Easy to do .
Settings > Swipe to right APPLICATIONS > Store > PIN
Setup a strong PIN and don't let your child know . And do the IAP if he/she ask and don't tell them the PIN .
