Help me choose

Right, having eliminated a number of WPs, Im down to 4 WP choices now - Any comments on them to sway me? (Yes I know its all a matter of opinion, but as its my 1st WP i dont want to get it then find its a POS after 6 months!) Contract ends 11th July, so looking at getting a phone by then at the latest. Off to have a proper play with them on the weekend at a couple of phone shops, anything i need to look out for or be especially wary of more than anything.

Either a 925 - ?144
a 1020 (64GB) - ?240
a 1320 (Just because the size looks awesome) - ?205
or a 630/635 (Price-wise, really) - ?99

1020 or 925. If u are a photo enthusiast then 1020. Or else 925 is super cool too.

Of the lot I would suggest the 1020 - it has the best specs. The 925 is effectively the 920 gussied up (still very nice) and other than those I'd look to the lumia 625 for the low end. It's not as compromised as the 63x series and you can use Skype on it with the front facing camera. Good luck!

Yep, getting discount on airtime too, so thought it was a really good deal, played with them in store today and the bump of the 1020 really isnt noticeable at all! But after physicaly using it, the 1320 has caught my eye significantly, so i guess its one of those 2 (1320 for comparison is ?220 sim free)
