Mix Radio issues

I'm having a bit of a headache with first, Nokia Mix Radio, and it carried into the new Mix Radio update.

Apparently, for whatever reason, it showed my old Nokia ID country of origin as being from Malaysia. I live in New York, always have.
So, I deleted the Nokia account in Settings, changed my ID to 'United States', re-added.

And the denomination of money still shows up in Mix Radio as 'RM' instead of $.

Also, my mixes, of any kind of music alternates with artists from Asia and India.

The problem I think originated from an unlocked Nokia Symbian phone I bought years back off of Ebay.

Again, I've corrected my account, deleted, re-added but doesn't seem to fix it.
It's a bit annoying, when I'm playing a modern rock mix, and between rock bands, I get a far east artist I'd never heard of.

Any solutions/suggestions/fixes? At first it was quirky and funny, but now it's getting a little annoying.

Sure it's definitely #firstworldproblems, but hey, we ARE discussing smartphones, so that goes with the territory.
