The wavy red underlines to indicate spelling errors are missing for the Romanian language

I have a Nokia Lumia 520 with WP8 last update.
If I use the Romanian keyboard some words are automatically corrected but others remain unmarked despite the fact they contain mistakes. Those wavy red underlines to indicate possible spelling errors are missing for the Romanian language or at least I do not know how to activate them.

Is there a way to make the wavy red lines visible or does the new WP81 have this feature?

    I'm not positive about this,
If the phone was initially received in the english format after changing keyboards to Romanian you may need to restart the phone to update the language pack.

You most likely knew this already...

I have already restarted the phone. I also installed the French keyboard and it behaves in the same way as the English keyboard, the words with errors, that for some reasons can not be corrected automatically, appear underlined with wavy red lines.
