WP8 Lumia 920 Glance Screen always on

I have a Windows Phone 8 Nokia Lumia 920. I set the Glance screen to be always on but it is not working. The glance screen shutdown after 30 seconds. Also the Battery safer is disable. But when I look a the Glance screen, I can see a shield on the battery. The phone in fully charged at 100%.
Anyone has already this?

It seems your "software" is confused lol :/ if a soft reset doesn't help, then back up the data on your phone and do a hard reset

Also my device is the Nokia lumia 920 it only happening with the market store when I select an app.
