Lumia 532 not connecting with Bluetooth speaker

Hello everybody!
I've tried to connect my Lumia 532 with a Trust Bluetooth speaker, but the phone doesn't discover the speaker. There's nothing wrong with the speaker, it is on when I try it, but whatever I do it doesn't connect. Any help?

I have the same problem with some bluetooth devices that were working fine with my previous Lumia 520. I have the impression that some old bluetooth specifications were dropped in this model that many manufacturers are still using. I'm no expert though.
