Is there any way to launch a 3rd party camera app like ProShot using the hardware camera button?

I have an HTC 8X and I want to try a 3rd party camera app like ProShot. Does anybody know if it is possible to hook up the hardware camera button to open the custom app instead of the default camera app?

No. Ms doesn't allow this type of thing. Yet another aspect locked down by MS
