Marketplace problem

Recently I changed my Xbox account location with Migrating Tool. Now I can't install apps. When I go to Marketplace, it says: "Marketplace isn't available in your location."
What can I do?

How? It's not possible with migrating tool. I changed from phone settings, but it's unhelpful.

It's not possible to change back. I created new Microsoft account and lost all my purchased apps.
